African Curio Stalls R1720 + R241 (VAT) = R1961 per month - per stall

Lease
Lease period for 12 months

Deposit
Deposit equal to one month's rental.

Premium Stalls

Condition
Deposit plus revenue stamps to be paid upon signing of Lease.

Trading Hours & Days
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 - 17:30
Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00 - 18:00

Trading hours and trading days can be changed at management's discretion
Closed on Mondays - if Monday is a public holiday, the market will be closed on Tuesday.
December period - extended trading hours.
It is compulsory that your stall open on these days, specified times must be adhered to.

Stalls will be allocated on the availability depending on the products you wish to sell.
